3.0.5にバージョンアップ
バージョン3.0.5をアップルに提出したようですが、不具合で却下されたようですね。しかし、すぐに対応して再び提出したので数日で我々も使えるようになると思います。楽しみです。
以下が今回の変更内容です。基本的には不具合の解消といくつかの機能が追加されたようです。
以下は最初にアップルに提出した時の変更内容です。
- Fixed:- [Splits] Autocomplete text is displayed differently in Split Dialog and Transaction Dialog.
- Fixed:- [Transaction List] long memo/category/class in transaction register runs through withdrawal column on iPad.

- Added:- [Preferences] added repeating transactions preference.
- Added:- [Import/Export] !Type:Invst in QIF files not read. – doesn’t not read in the security code or the quantity, but reads transaction info
- Changed:- [Preferences] Change Show Tips switch to “Show all hints again” button.
以下は不具合を解消した後に提出した時の変更内容です。
- Fixed:- [Exchange rates and currency] remove korean won workaround since Apple fixed the original bug.
- Fixed:- [Budgets] bi-weekly budgets with monthly & daily limit didn’t calculator the month, bi-monthly, yearly budgets correctly
- Fixed:- [Transaction List] saving edit transaction when you change the date moves to correct transaction in transaction register. (makes reconciling your account much easier without having to scroll back to transaction you were just editing)
- Fixed:- [Misc.] Adding the first Photo on a new transaction wouldn’t show up.
- Added:- [Misc.] added 24 point to themes.

デスクトップ版（ベータ２）
さて、今回の本題です。「PocketMoney Desktop」がベータ版で公開されました。本当は少し前に公開されていましたが、忙しかったために手がつけられませんでしが、やっと手があいたので早速試してみました。
まず、ココ(http://catamount.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=1482)からベータ版をダウンロードします。Mac版とWin版がありますが、今回はWin版を試してみました。ただし、あくまでベータ版なので、不具合は当たり前ですし、最悪PC自体が不安定になってしまう場合もあるので、試す場合はあくまで自己責任で行うようにして下さい。
ダウンロードした後は普通のアプリと同じようにダブルクリックでインストール出来ます。
インストールが終わったら早速立ち上げてみます。すると以下のようなダイアログが立ち上がります。
今回はお試しなので、[Use Trial]をクリックします。するとメインの画面が立ち上がります。
まだベータ版なのでメニューの「Sync…」はグレーになっていて直接同期は出来ないようです。それならばとバックアップしたファイルが読み込めないかと試してみたら、[SyncDocs]経由でバックアップした「com.catamount.PocketMoney.plist」と「PocketMoneyDB.sql」の２つのファイルの内「PocketMoneyDB.sql」のファイルが読み込めました。各アカウント情報や取引、カテゴリー、支払先なども同時に読み込まれ、これで一応取引を始められます。ちなみに日本語も問題無く表示出来ています。しかし、単位が$になっていて、表示も「$100.00」のようになってしまっています。通貨の設定はないかな？ と「options」を見てみると設定があったので一応設定してみる。すると、表示は「￥100.」のようになった。「$」が「￥」のなったけど小数点が消えていない。それに、[Home Currency:]を「JPY」にして「OK」をクリックしても、同じ画面を立ち上げ直すと「USD」の戻っていたりする。しかし、表示は「￥」のままなのでとりあえずはヨシとしよう。
すると、以下のような表示になります。（データはテスト用です）
しかし、項目が多いと表示に異常に時間がかかります。アカウントをクリックしてから右のリストに表示されるまで20～30秒くらいかかることもあります。ハッキリ言って実用的ではありません。もっともまだベータ版なので仕方ないですね。それに、現状を見ると入力項目や機能などはiPhone版をなぞっている程度なので、特に目新しさはありません。個人的にはiPhone版で弱いレポート関係が充実すればいいと思います。。
以下が、今回含まれない機能です。
What’s Not Included:
- – Desktop Syncing (beta 3)
- – Editing of Repeating Transactions (beta 4?)
- – Import/Export of QIF/OFX/TDF/CSV files – probably won’t include since you can do on iphone. (1.1)
- – Reports & printing (might have some basic printing before 1.0 final)
- – Photo tab not working yet.

本当はもう少し使ってみたかったけど、現段階ではまだそのレベルでは無いと思いました。次のバージョン（ベータ３）ではiPhone版と同期が出来るようになるようなので、その時にもう少し詳しくテスト出来ればと思います。
